To open an account on Asha 7, the following conditions must be met. These are not merely formalities — each requirement exists to protect our members.

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Providing a false date of birth during registration will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
• Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or identity document is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and complete. Asha 7 reserves the right to close any account at any time if false information is found to have been submitted.
• Your account password and login credentials are strictly personal. Allowing any third party to access your account is prohibited.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification, particularly for large withdrawals.

Payment rules at Asha 7 are simple and transparent. Here's a quick summary:

Withdrawals must be made through the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a standard security measure to prevent money laundering. KYC verification may be required before processing a first-time large withdrawal.

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions at Asha 7. Where a specific offer has additional conditions, these will be noted on the offer page.

• Each bonus offer can only be claimed once per account — multiple claims from the same household, address, or device are not allowed.
• The welcome bonus carries a 3x wagering requirement. For example, if you receive a BDT 1,000 bonus, you must place BDT 3,000 in bets before it becomes withdrawable.
• Bonuses must be used within 30 days of being credited. Any unused bonus balance will expire and be forfeited after this period.
• The maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings is 5x the bonus amount — meaning a ৳1,000 bonus can yield a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Two deposit bonuses cannot be used simultaneously. Separate terms apply to cashback bonuses.
• Asha 7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any offer. However, bonuses that have already been claimed will not be affected.

The following rules apply to all betting activity on Asha 7 and cover all games and Sports Betting.

• Minimum Bet: Most games allow bets starting from as little as BDT 10. Bet limits specific to individual games are displayed on each game's page.
• Maximum Bet: Maximum limits are set based on VIP tier and game type. Large bets may require additional confirmation.
• Bet Settlement: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed. For in-play betting, real-time odds apply.
• Cancelled Match: If a sports event is cancelled, all wagers placed on it will be refunded.
• Technical Error: If the outcome of any game becomes uncertain due to a server or system error, Asha 7 reserves the right to void or reassess the related bet.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Asha 7. These rules apply equally to all members.

• Operating an account on behalf of, or for the use of, a minor.
• Placing bets using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to hack, scrape, or breach the platform's security systems.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions through multiple accounts.
• Money laundering or processing of funds from illegal sources.
• Threatening, harassing, or defrauding other members.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in immediate account suspension and legal action where necessary.

Asha 7 reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances — without prior notice.

• Violation of any provision of the Terms & Conditions.
• Failing KYC verification or providing false information.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• If a security risk is suspected.

Members may also contact support at any time to request account closure. Any verified balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed.
